Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Damages
CK Essentials is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
